Alloblast Treatment

Alloblast is an advanced regenerative treatment that uses GMP-manufactured allogeneic fibroblast cells derived from day-1 neonatal tissue to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, and the extracellular matrix. Unlike traditional methods, this is not a stem cell treatment but a direct infusion of worker cells that rebuild the skin. Because the procedure is completed in a single session, Alloblast is the ideal anti-aging solution for international patients visiting Istanbul for short medical trips. At our Nişantaşı clinic, we integrate Alloblast into personalized longevity and aesthetic protocols, ensuring safe and high-standard biological repair.

What Is Alloblast?

Alloblast is an allogeneic fibroblast suspension produced from the foreskin tissue of 1-day-old newborns. These cells are expanded under strictly controlled conditions in GMP-certified (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Ministry of Health-approved Tissue Banks.

Important Distinction: Alloblast is an ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product). It is not a stem cell therapy; rather, it is the application of young, dynamic fibroblasts—the cells responsible for maintaining skin structure.

Why Neonatal Fibroblasts?

Neonatal cells are biologically superior to adult cells because they possess:

Why Does Skin Age?

As we age, the number of fibroblasts in our skin decreases, and the ECM (Extracellular Matrix) weakens. This structural decline leads to wrinkles, loss of elasticity, sagging, and uneven skin tone.

Alloblast reverses this process by injecting millions of fresh fibroblasts into the dermis. These cells immediately begin to:

  1. Increase Type I and Type III Collagen production.
  2. Enhance Elastin synthesis for tighter skin.
  3. Promote Neovascularization (new blood vessel formation) to nourish the skin.

Alloblast vs. Fibrocell (Autologous)

International patients often ask: “Should I use my own cells (Autologous) or Alloblast?” For medical tourists, Alloblast offers significant advantages:

  1. FIBROCELLTM (Autologous / Your Own Cells)
  1. ALLOBLASTTM (Allogeneic / Neonatal Cells)

How Is It Performed? (Step-by-Step) At our clinic in Nişantaşı, we prioritize patient comfort and sterility.

  1. Preparation: The skin is cleansed with a sterile solution. Topical anesthesia can be applied if requested.
  2. Product Preparation: The cold-chain (+4 C ) preserved vial is brought to the treatment room and drawn into 1cc Luer-Lock syringes using a 21G needle.
  3. Injection: Using very fine 30G needles, the product is injected using the intradermal papule technique.
  4. Technique: Approximately 100–200 μl is deposited per point. Note: We do not use cannulas or linear injection techniques for this specific treatment.
  5. Duration: The entire procedure takes only 30 minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Alloblast a stem cell treatment?

No. Alloblast is a specific fibroblast therapy. While both are regenerative, Alloblast focuses directly on replenishing the cells that produce collagen.

How many sessions do I need?

For the vast majority of patients, one session is sufficient due to the high potency of neonatal cells.

Is it safe?

Yes. The product is biocompatible and produced under strict GMP and Ministry of Health regulations. The risk of allergic reaction is extremely low as the cells are immunologically privileged.

How long do the results last?

The biological repair initiated by Alloblast typically sustains skin quality for 9–12 months. Since it reverses cellular aging, your skin will remain in better condition than if you hadn’t had the treatment.

Q: Can I get this done during a 2-day trip to Istanbul ?

A: Absolutely. However, please note that we require at least 24 hours to order the specific product from the laboratory, so advance booking is essential. The procedure fits perfectly into a short schedule, and there are no restrictions on air travel, meaning you can safely fly back on the same day as your treatment.
