- Ear Seeds/Bands: For Auriculotherapy, in addition to needles, we may apply small acupuncture bands or seeds to the ear. These can remain on your ear for a few days to a week to continue the therapy at home.

I have no pain, can I get it just for relaxation and balance?
Absolutely. In modern life, the most common reason for acupuncture is stress management and body regulation. Do the needles hurt?
