Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Non-surgical rhinoplasty (Nose Filler) is an advanced medical procedure that uses dermal fillers to smooth out bumps, correct asymmetry, and lift the nasal tip, offering a balanced profile without the downtime of surgery.
The nose is the centerpiece of the face. Even a millimeter of change can harmonize your entire look. At our clinic, Specialist Dr. Ömer Fatih Şahin performs this delicate procedure not to make the nose bigger, but to make it look straighter, refined, and proportional.
How Does It Work? (The Optical Illusion)
Patients often ask: Adding filler adds volume. Won’t my nose look bigger?
The Answer is No.
● Camouflage: We place filler precisely above and below the hump on the bridge. This fills the dip, creating a straight line.
● The Result: Because light reflects evenly off a straight line, the nose appears smaller, sleeker, and blends better with the face.
Is It Right for You? (Candidate Selection)
This is a camouflage procedure, not a reduction surgery.
● Ideal Candidate:
● Has a mild to moderate bump (dorsal hump) on the bridge.
● Has a drooping nasal tip.
● Has mild asymmetry or indentations.
● Wants instant results with no downtime.
● Not Suitable For:
● Those with a very large nose (filler cannot make it smaller).
● Those with severe deviated septum or breathing issues.
● Those wanting a permanent change.
Safety First: Why Anatomy Matters
The nose has a complex vascular network. Safety is our top priority. Dr. Şahin’s Safety Protocol:
1. Expertise: As an anesthesiologist and certified aesthetic physician Dr. Şahin has profound knowledge of facial anatomy and vascular safety.
2. Technique: We use micro-droplet injections and slow application to ensure safety and prevent vascular complications.
3. Reversibility: We use FDA approved Hyaluronic Acid fillers, which can be dissolved if necessary, providing a safety net.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
● Question: Can I wear glasses afterwards?
● Answer: You should avoid wearing heavy glasses or sunglasses for 1 week after the procedure. The pressure from the glasses can indent the filler before it has fully set.
● Question: Is there a risk of blindness?
● Answer: This is a rare but serious risk associated with nose fillers if injected into a blood vessel. This is why you must never choose a non-medical practitioner for this.
Dr. Şahin’s anatomical expertise and safe injection techniques are your best protection against such risks.
● Question: Does it hurt?
● Answer: The nose tip can be sensitive. However, we use strong numbing cream and ice packs. Most patients report feeling pressure rather than sharp pain.
● Question: How long does it last?
● Answer: The nose is a static area (it doesn’t move like lips). Therefore, fillers tend to last longer here, typically 12 to 18 months.
● Question: Can it help my breathing?
● Answer: Generally, no. It is a cosmetic procedure. However, in some cases, adding structural support to the nasal valve area can slightly improve airflow, but it is not a
substitute for functional surgery (septoplasty).
