NCTF 135 HA is a multi-component biorevitalisation product known in Turkey as “Paris glow”: according to the manufacturer, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid is combined with vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, nucleic acids, minerals and antioxidants. Its purpose is to nourish and hydrate the skin; it does not add volume. With the Nanosoft technique it can also be applied to thin-skinned areas such as the eyelids and neck. What is NCTF 135 HA?
The defining feature of NCTF is the breadth of its components. The logic is to deliver the micronutrients fibroblasts need for collagen and elastin production directly into the dermis. In a manufacturer-funded randomised split face/neck study, the product was applied with Nanosoft and with a conventional needle; improvement in skin-quality measures was reported with both techniques 1. The study cited on this page was funded by the manufacturer.
“Paris glow” is a colloquial name referring to the product’s French origin and the radiance effect; it is not a medical classification.
When do I plan it?
- Dull, tired, dehydrated-looking skin
- Fine lines and thin skin around the eyes, including the upper eyelid
- Loss of surface quality on the neck and décolletage
- Enlarged pores, uneven tone
Where the complaint is surface quality, the collagen-stimulating class can also come into play; this is how I draw the line:
On facial surface quality the decision depends on the goal: if hydration, glow and uneven tone dominate, HA-based NCTF 135 HA mesotherapy comes forward; if loss of firmness accompanies the surface problem, diluted CaHA comes forward. They do not replace each other and are planned in sequence when needed. The final choice is made at the consultation.

Which product under the eyes?
Around the eyes the decision depends on the cause: if hollowing dominates, mesotherapy is not enough and filler is discussed; if thin skin, dark circles and mild puffiness dominate, HA–amino acid biorevitalisers or polynucleotide products come forward. The product is chosen at the consultation.

The Nanosoft technique
Nanosoft is an injection tip that uses three very short micro-needles instead of a conventional needle. In a randomised split face/neck study it was compared with the conventional needle; skin quality improved with both techniques, the micro-needle gave better results in some areas, and adverse effects were milder 1. Small bumps (papules) form after the procedure; they show the product has been placed in the dermis and disappear within 12–24 hours.
The procedure takes 15–20 minutes.
Topical anaesthetic cream is standard. Because I am an anaesthesiologist, I treat pain management as a separate part of the procedure. With Nanosoft the sensation is mild pricking and well tolerated.
Session plan and expected course
- 3 sessions, 2 weeks apart. The effect builds over the sessions: hydration after the first, tone and radiance at the end of the course.
- Maintenance: a single session every 3–6 months.
I plan maintenance by how the skin changes, not by a three-month calendar. If the standard course delivers, I do not add sessions.
Neck and décolletage

Aftercare
First 24 hours
- No make-up on the treated area
- No hot showers, sauna, hammam or steam
- Avoid heavy exercise
- No alcohol
- Do not sleep face-down (facial treatments)
- Do not touch the injection points; do not squeeze or massage the bumps
First 48 hours
- Avoid direct and prolonged sun exposure
- No facial massage, skincare treatments or energy-based device treatments
Expected findings Small bumps (papules) at the injection points lasting 12–24 hours are expected and show that the product has settled in the skin. Mild swelling, tenderness or bruising lasting a few days may occur. Around the eyes, bruising is slightly more likely than on the rest of the face.
Safety and anatomy
NCTF contains non-cross-linked HA and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if ever needed. Papules, mild swelling and bruising can occur; around the eyes the chance of bruising is somewhat higher than elsewhere on the face.
Because allergic reactions can occur rarely, treatments are carried out under medical supervision.
Product and regulatory status: NCTF 135 HA has been assessed under CE and TİTCK frameworks for its relevant indications. Approval belongs to the product and to a specific indication, not to a technique or to a physician.
Who is not suitable
Treatment is not performed, or is postponed, in the following situations:
- Active infection or inflammation in the treatment area
- Autoimmune disease in an active phase
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Known hypersensitivity to the product components
- Uncontrolled chronic illness
- Untreated bleeding disorder or unregulated anticoagulant use
Without being a medical contraindication, I also consider expectation and treatment to be mismatched in these situations:
- People with under-eye hollowing — mesotherapy does not fill a hollow
- People whose actual need is volume — NCTF does not add volume, and filler is assessed
- People expecting a marked and immediate change from a single session

Planning your visit
My clinic is in Nişantaşı, Şişli, on the European side of Istanbul, approximately 45 minutes from Istanbul Airport.
For an NCTF 135 HA treatment I suggest planning a stay of two to three days: arrival, consultation and treatment, and departure. Because this treatment is planned as three sessions two weeks apart, it requires more than one visit. The first session takes place in Istanbul, and we plan the schedule of the following sessions together according to your travel arrangements, with remote follow-up in between. Flying is generally appropriate 24 hours after an injectable treatment.
Consultations are conducted in English. Follow-up after you return home is arranged remotely, and I remain reachable for any questions during the period in which the result develops.
